Very friendly staff, they have been extremely helpful helping me book a bus to Hoi An. Shower room is basic but there is hot water and the shower drains well. Initially I was worried about the triple bunk, but they are very sturdy. I was in the middle bunk I could not feel other people moving around at all. The dorm room is not luxury but it is very comfortable with good AC. Great value for money, I would stay here again.

The good part about this hostel is the location which is a few km away from a very famous train street. The hostel staff was friendly, but it was difficult to communicate with them google Translate managed it well somehow. The washroom was clean with 24x7 hot water.

Great location.The manager is kind and warmly. its very easy for you to find interesting places around Ha Noi’s Old Quarter from this hostel.I booked a tour to Ha Long Bay and Lisa, the manager is helpul. The staff friendly, I will come back whenever have a chance.

Very welcoming and helpful about any information we needed. Ms Lisa was brilliant at replying and organising everything we needed from the Ha Giang Loop to booking a day trip to Ninh Binh, our bus to Hoi An and helping me retrieve my purse I left on the bus. Very impressed and would recommend to friends to stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they actually remembered who I am and what I was up to when I'd leave the hostel and come back, which makes the place so much more welcoming. Great location, away from the super crowded streets but everything is closeby. Bathroom was spacious and clean. I liked the couch in the room so people in higher bunks have a place to sit down without climbing up.

The location is in the heart of the old quarter. I like that my private room had 3 beds because a few people could book it and split the cost. The private room has a patio outlooking onto the street and brought in a lot of natural light into the room. The bathroom was huge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were kind and accommodating.

The most amd best things with Hanoi Jade is Boss and staff are more caring about us always...even 24 hours service and this is my 2nd time to come back here ..Best place in old.quarter ..You can believe such facilities in that price..every thing safe and comfortable for me during the stay ..100% I am coming back in Hanoi will always stay in Hanoi jade Hostel ..they have Manu options .just talk to Owner Lisa and her husband is very cool ...thanks to them ...Just book it from booking.com

The owner goes above and beyond to help you with travel arrangements and make you feel at home and comfortable. The location, its walking distance from everything I wanted to see. So many choices of cafes on your doorstep too. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a hostel not a hotel, you get what you pay for.

Comfortable, good size room. Great location in the center of everything. Assortment of cafes and restaurants nearby. Amazingly helpful staff. I was looking for a few items to purchase before leaving Vietnam and they helped me identify the stores and even ordered an item for me on Shopee for delivery to the hotel. 🙂 They also have a tour agency and arranged a reasonably priced (and very comfortable) car to the airport for me.
